Hi, I’m Russ - a photographer based between London and North Yorkshire.

Before stepping behind the lens, I spent years as an animator and designer in Soho’s post-production world, creating work for clients including Red Bull, Burberry, and Apple. Eventually, I felt the pull away from darkened studios and toward something more tangible: real, lived-in spaces - the movie sets of everyday life.

I’ve always been fascinated by people’s homes, from medieval townhouses in London to barn conversions in the Yorkshire Wolds, I’m drawn to the way each place expresses the people who live or work there. The variety is endless, and that’s what I really love - no two spaces tell the same story.
